How Will We Do It?

This course is broken down into 5 bi-weekly modules where we will dive deep into the different areas of your life and how your habits shape them.

Introduction, your health goals, weekly and daily schedule implementation.

This module introduces you to the course and your available resources for the next 10 weeks, the health goals that you wish to obtain during this course as well as life-long and why adopting a weekly and daily schedule of habits/routines creates systems that incrementally moves you closer to your health goals.

Habits and your life, what is a healthy habit, current goals versus current habits, self-love, accountability, old stories and patterns.

We will define what a healthy habit is, the impact of healthy habits on your life, reflecting on your current goals versus your current habits, taking inventory of habits that may not be serving you in your  desired health

goals, self-love and its importance when trying to establish new habits, your ”wellness why” statement, the importance of accountability, old stories and patterns, action steps for weeks 3 & 4

Positive habits for health, movement, supplements, hydration, toxin-free living.

During module three we will dig deeper into specific health-focused habits and what that does for your mind, body and soul.

Habits And mindset.

During this module we are going to look at how your habits play a role in your mindset and vice versa. Plus we will look at habits to cultivate a strong positive mindset and how to sustain it.
